I used the travel protocol both legs of my trip to Japan and back and had really easy flights and recoveries. My body does not feel stressed out in the least and I feel very grounded...nothing trailing behind.

Another protocol i found useful was to put the Carnosine Patch on K1 to relieve tension in my right leg that built up from the amount of walking and hiking we did every day. In just a few seconds, all the tension just seemed to slide away into nothingness.
